How to order your custom embroidery

1. Add this portrait to your cart.
2. Upload your photo at checkout. Select one clear JPG, JPEG, or PNG file (maximum 10 MB) using the Choose File button. The uploaded file is saved with your order.
3. Complete checkout and payment. We will review the reference image and contact you if clarification is needed.
4. Follow the making process. Hand embroidery begins after the order and reference photo are confirmed.

Photo tip: Choose a bright, sharp photo showing your dog’s eyes, face, and coat clearly. If you are unsure whether your photo will work, please contact us before ordering.

Size, timing, and shipping

Artwork size: 12 × 10 inches. Production time: approximately 3 months of hand stitching; international transit time is additional. Shipping: free across North America. Customers outside North America should contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability.

Important information

Full payment is required before production begins. Small adjustments during the creation process are included; major redesign requests may cost extra. Please confirm your reference image carefully: it cannot be changed once stitching has begun. Because this is made-to-order artwork, orders are non-refundable after production starts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
