Custom Order Terms

Ordering your custom artwork

Choose the artwork and size shown on the product page. Prices are displayed in USD. Upload one clear JPG or PNG photograph, up to 10 MB, at checkout before payment. Full payment is required before production begins. Only submit photographs you are entitled to use for this commission.

Handmade production

Your artwork is embroidered by hand from the confirmed reference photograph. Listed portraits take approximately three months to create, plus shipping time. Handmade interpretation and thread texture mean the finished artwork is not a photographic print.

Changes, delivery, and support

Small adjustments during creation are included; major redesign requests may cost extra. Your reference image cannot be changed once stitching has begun. Read our Refunds & Cancellations and Shipping & Production pages before ordering. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
