Made for your order

Our listed portraits are entirely hand-stitched from your reference photograph. Please allow approximately 3 months for production, plus delivery time. Upload one clear JPG or PNG file, up to 10 MB, at checkout. Production begins after your order and reference photo are confirmed.

Free shipping across North America

Shipping is free for our original hand-embroidered portrait collection to destinations in our North America shipping zone, with no minimum purchase requirement. Exception: the 30 × 40 cm Custom Pet Portrait Cross-Stitch costs US$70 shipping per order, including orders that also contain free-shipping items. This cross-stitch product takes approximately 1 month to make; the approximately 3-month timeline applies to our original portrait collection. For destinations outside North America, please contact us before ordering: online shipping is not currently configured for those destinations.

Delivery timing and questions

Production time and transit time are separate. If you need a piece for a particular occasion, email the786617@gmail.com before ordering to discuss timing. Do not assume delivery by an event date unless it has been confirmed.
